Time-sensitive messages, personal conversations, medical advice — Backly knows when to step back. It's not taking over your DMs or replacing the relationship you have with your clients. That's why Backly is intentionally not embedded into your Instagram. Some tools respond directly inside your DMs. We've deliberately not done that — your client relationship stays yours.

Pricing
Beauticians who join before 31st May are grandfathered in at £17.99 — your rate stays, whatever happens to pricing after that.
Most of it is just different versions of the same questions. Based on our own research, beauticians spend up to 7 hours a week on repetitive enquiries alone — but not anymore, Backly handles those.
